maths

 This Term maths has been good. I've learnt lots about maths this term. This term we have really been learning about  maths but sometimes maths can be really hard and sometimes maths can be easy but this term for me maths has been medium but im still working on lots of my times tables.

Music

 Today we went to music with fran and then we started with the violin i love the violins because you can do violin songs and make up notes. And we had to rub rosim on the violin to make the string white. After that we had a song to with the violin. 

kayaking

Today i did kayaking and it was so fun and it was the first time I've went to go ride on a kayak. But before we started we did a practice for everyone's safety. When we finished safety rules we all got on to the kayaks and the instructors pushed us in the water slowly and i was so nervous when i was about to get pushed in but as soon as i got pushed in it was really fun. Me and my group were having fun but there was a bridge we couldn't go past until the instructors got in their kayak then we could go over the bridge.

 

Lockdown

 I was at home when we moved on to level 4. I did not know how to feel. But I just went with it. In lock down I missed playing with my friends. What  I did  in lockdown  was playing on my bike and playing video games. On my bike I was riding on my drive way. I started to play video games for a bit and I had my brother over and we just did a drawing competition. It was pretty fun. Staying home and not going school it was kind of different.    

If i was in the Olympic

 I was on the podium and I got gold at the Olympics for my rugby 7s team. [ how I won ] Me and my team just got 2 more points than Canada. Me and my team were the New Zealand team. Me and my team was so happy and then we got to do a haka for our win. Everyone was cheering for my team, I was so elated to hear that we won. When we had a break me and my team and canada shook hands and said “good game”. We got the Trophy and we got to take a photo with us holding it.

About My Holiday

 In the holidays I went to my mum's house in Porirua and spent the whole holiday at my mum's. We went to three little cousins shared birthday. We first waited for the birthday to start. Eventually the birthday started. All my cousins and all my family had to go inside to start a prayer before we started to sing Happy Birthday to my cousins. After the prayer we were singing happy birthday and then they blew the candles on their cake. My cousins blew their cake and then cut the cake to have a taste. It was yum! We had a feed, it was so good. After we ate we did dances for fun.
